FooCall is a free international calling app that allows you to call other people for free. You can also send text messages to them and enjoy the low rates.
How can I use the app?
Download the app and create an account. Add some money to your account using a credit or debit card. You can also pay using PayPal.
To call other people, just add the contact's number to your phone. You will always be given the option to connect via local access numbers, internet, or Wi-Fi/3G, 4G.
To send a text message to the contact, select the SMS icon and write your message.
